My name is Amy Macken, I am Food and Beverage manager here at 101 Limerick. I am from Mayo and I have worked in hospitality for 15 years.

My name is Roslyn Priestley and I am the assistant manager of 101 Limerick. I am originally from Tipperary and have over five years’ experience in hospitality.

Maggie Choo’s, I like the design and the layout of the bar.

Tell us a little about yourself? I’ve been working in the drinks industry for 4 years 3 of those years have been spent in 101 Limerick. I’m the eldest of 3 kids.

Tell us a little about yourself? I’m 23. I am both a waitress and a hostess in 101. I love both roles because I get to interact with the customers so much. What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick? My favourite bar to work in is the secret garden because the atmosphere is unmatched.

Tell us a little about yourself? 6ft 2, brown hair blue eyes, can reach anything off the top shelf. I am currently studying to become an architect. What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick? Yard Bar, yard bar is neat, compact and it’s where the funs at. Are you really in 101 if you’re not in the Yard on a Saturday night?

Tell us a little about yourself? I’m 22 years old, currently working in 101 Limerick as a hostess and waitress.What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick? My favourite bar to work in would have to be the Secret Garden, the vibes and atmosphere up there is always amazing.

Tell us a little about yourself? I am 21, I moved to Ireland 13 years ago and I am currently studying business with tourism management. What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick? The Yard Bar because there is a really good DJ there and the vibes are good.

Tell us a little about yourself? I’m a 21 year old college student, studying civil engineering in LIT. I like good vibes with good people. So why not work in 101 Limerick! What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick? Secret Garden. Hands down. Why? Catch the Secret Garden on a packed Saturday night when the DJ plays Taylor Swift’s love story, only then will you know why.

Tell us a little about yourself? I started working in 101 Limerick in 2018 when I was 18 as a glass washer than I became a bar back and finally worked my way up to the bar. I love to make drinks and try to be a happy person. What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick I have so many good memories in each bar, but secret garden will always rule!

What’s your favourite place to work in at 101 Limerick? Maggie Choo’s. It was the first bar I worked in when I started in 101 and where I found my feet so it will always be my favourite. What is your favourite drink to serve? Expresso Martini hands down!

Where are you from: Vitoria Southeast Brazil Tell us a little about yourself? I am 21+ vat I am responsible for maintenance at 101 Limerick. When they break it they call Leo! Favourite cocktail: Caipirinha of course! (Brazil’s national cocktail)

I am a graduate from UL, I have a teaching degree in Technology, 23 years old and I love bartending. What is your favourite bar to work in? My favourite bar to work in is the Secret Garden because the energy and vibe throughout the night is amazing. Also, I think its the best design in terms of layout behind the counter.
